Well, first piece of homework.

So, what you Ra members are gonna do for me is select any deck non-tier and explain how it works & pm me a build, you also in that pm is explain some of your tech choices.

To get my special mark, well its simple, EXPLAIN to the extreme, show a consistent competitive non-tier deck, with excellent tech choices.

hey now im gonna tell you how my deck works.
So the hole idea is to have in hand magical murchant set him and wait to activate his eff whitch is :
FLIP: Excavate cards from the top of your Deck until you excavate a Spell/Trap Card. Add that card to your hand, also send the remaining cards to the Graveyard.
Now we hae only 3 spell cards "the worrior returns alive" so its good if we dont have any if them in hand or (max 1) when we activate the eff of magical murchant.
in the deck we have alot of dark and light monsters so that helps us to make the main goll of the deck. Summoning hight level beters like BLS, Chaos sorserer, dark armed dragon, the ultimate timelord...
So thats how the deck works...it is creative and fun and often very competative ^^

The idea about my Heraldic Spam Deck is all about Rank 4 spam while maintaining hand advantage. Heraldic Beasts are one of the few archetype that can consistently bring forth Rank 4s, and can utilize RUM Spell cards to bring out really powerful Chaos Number monsters. Advanced Heraldry Arts is one of the most broken card of this archetype.

Last time my monster tech choices were Kagetokage and Tin Goldfish, but with the OCG-exclusive Heroic Challenger cards (Assault Halberd and Thousand Blades), these 2 can do a better job in ensuring that I have Level 4 monsters to work with. Assault Halberd is a Photon Thrasher on wheels, while it can pierce + search even its own copy if it deals battle damage. Thousand Blades is a walking Treeborn Frog, enabling me to Special Summon that if I take damage.

My next tech is Mind Over Matter. With the Graveyard effect of Number 18, it becomes a live Solemn Judgment and also enable me to put needed Heraldic Beast monsters into the Graveyard, which will fuel my plays later on.

the idea of my constellar ZW deck is to use the constellar's spamming and level manipulation to fuel the xyz summoning of either a utopia monster or ZW leo arms (the main 2 monsters of the deck) while also utilizing the effects of the other ZW monsters (asura strike, lightning blade and tornado bringer) to boost your utopias attack and to also allow you to protect your utopia from destruction or to quickly clear monsters off your opponents field.
